MARINA ACI Marina Pula
ACI Marina Pula is situated in the heart of the historic centre of Pula, Istria’s largest city. Pula’s most famous landmark – a Roman amphitheatre locally known as Arena – is just meters away from the marina. ACI Marina Pula lies in one of the best protected and largest bays on the west coast of Istria, with small islands Katarina and Andrija and Uljanik islet close-by. The entry into the bay is even more protected by the Brijuni islands, which are approximately a mile away. This large natural harbour was used since early Antiquity. It also served as the naval base and home port of the Austro-Hungarian Navy. The marina is open all year round.

Useful Information
Although being too noisy and busy for many sailors, there are some advantages to large town marinas. For example, there is a multitude of facilities, which small towns lack, such as shopping centres, hospital, airport, cinema, theatres, markets, sport centres, spa and wellness centres etc. There are also many more restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, bars, supermarkets and shops.
Next to the marina is a small concrete L-shaped pier where the fuel station is. The depth of the water there is approximately 5 meters. The port authority is just across the road from the gas station.
