ACI Marina Opatija is located in a small town of Ičići, just 4 km south from Opatija. The town of Opatija, situated in the Gulf of Kvarner, is renowned as the cradle of elite tourism in Croatia and one of the first coastal spa resorts in the Adriatic. It is well connected with major European cities such as Munich, Vienna, Budapest, Milan and Venice, which are approximately 6 hours’ drive away. Opatija is also in close proximity to motorways and local and international airports in Zagreb, Trieste and Ljubljana. Thanks to its sheltered position at the foot of Učka Mountain, the highest mountain in Istria, and 350-metre-long breakwater, ACI Marina Opatija is a safe refuge from strong winds of all directions, especially buraACI Marina Opatija is open all year round.

Useful Information

Built back in 1990, the marina instantly became a very successful nautical destination. Now it is in need of renovation, which is expected to begin in the near future.
Due to marina’s close proximity to Opatija, sailors and boaters can find anything they need such as luxurious hotels, private accommodation, ambulance and pharmacy, post office, bus station, souvenir shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many cafes and restaurants, nightclubs, cocktail bars, casinos, sport facilities, saunas, wellness and spa centres etc. The nearest fuel station is located in Opatija harbour, only 2 nautical miles from the marina. The entry to the marina is from the northeast.
